SEATTLE — Urban 315 and Barcelo Homes have released eight new condominium homes for sale at 210 West Comstock.

The sales and marketing of 210 West Comstock is led by Steve Snider, Jason Foss and Nick Glant, who co-founded Urban 315 I Compass, a division of NWG I Compass which specializes in marketing/selling boutique-scale communities in the Puget Sound area.
Snider, who assisted in sourcing the coveted Queen Anne property, has already sold four of the homes.
